An open plan and well equipped main kitchen opens up to the indoor dining area and lounge which opens up onto the views of the beach, and seamlessly flows onto the outdoor patio areas.   A 2nd fully equipped kitchen allows plentiful space for families to make their morning coffee and breakfast to be enjoyed outside on the many decked patios with comfortable furniture..

The balau decked, salt water swimming pool and two outdoor showers are a welcome way to refresh yourself after walking on the beach, surfing the nearby breaks or riding one of the local horses.   Or simply laze around the pool on the pool loungers and listen to the sounds of the sea and prolific birdlife in the garden, whilst admiring the majestic peak of Chappies!

Noordhoek Beach Villa overlooks the Cape Nature Reserve, where horses ride past every morning on their way to exercise on the beach, many protected birds nest in the indigenous vegetation, and the African sun can be watched sinking into the sea from the decks and balconies at the end of the day. There is also a peaceful, indigenous garden surrounding the house with trees, bushes and bird-life.

It is only a three-minute walk to The Red Herring Trading Centre with its excellent bars,cafes, craft brewery and fine Italian restaurant. Delicious home cooked breakfasts, tapas, award winning cuisine, great deli food & pastries, Sushi and a family style pub are only 1km away at the renowned Noordhoek Farm Village.
