When you walk into this double storey home, you will immediately feel the peace and quiet ... it is set in a cul-de-sac, elevated high on the hillside of the upmarket area of Belvedere in Noordhoek. Entering the property, I was blown away by a perfect and immaculate green manicured lawn – the pride and joy of the owner whose time invested in getting it perfect, is evident. They have created a special garden space that faces the mountain – a gorgeous space with beautiful flowering pot plants - an ideal spot for early morning coffee allowing you to watch the birds come bath and feed.

Stepping into the front door, this house is neat as a pin and immaculately maintained. The open plan design of kitchen, lounge and dining areas maximizes on space and flows out onto the beautiful front garden. The garden is spacious with a shaded and pretty seating area under a vine covered pergola which is ideal for afternoon tea. Set under some beautiful trees is another seating area – a perfect place to read your book whilst listening to the sound of water cascading from the water fountain into the Koi Pond.

Back Inside ... the house is flanked by two staircases, and you will find yourself heading upstairs to be greeted by another spacious and relaxing lounge area with fireplace. I love the flow of this upstairs and comfy lounge which opens onto the covered veranda with sparkling pool (safety net for kids), entertainment area with dining table and large firepit/BBQ and outdoor seating. This is just the perfect spot for soaking up our most spectacular sunsets whilst enjoying a glass of special wine or enjoying alfresco outdoor dinners. Waking up to these incredible views, peace and tranquillity is an absolute treat.  The  2nd bedroom with en-suite is also situated upstairs with views of the ocean, and 3rd bedroom with en-suite bathroom is downstairs and opens onto the veranda and has stunning views of the back garden area.   Felt like it was designed for us!  Absolutely beautiful!   Wonderful garden. We both want to come back next year. 
Booking/check-in/out /management excellent.  Hilly has been appropriately attentive both during the booking and our stay.
